Charity Partner
Slow Food is a global, grassroots movement with thousands of members around the world that links the pleasure of food with a commitment to community and the environment. Founded in 1989 in Italy, the United Kingdom is one of 150 countries Slow Food now operates in.
Slow Food UK is a not–for–profit organisation seeking to promote a better way to eat, celebrating the rich food traditions of the different nations that make up the UK, and protecting our edible biodiversity. They engage members of the public, food producers, chefs, businesses, academics and a global network, spreading and enacting their philosophies internationally and locally.

ROUGE
Venue Partner
Rouge shop was established by Yang Lei on Stoke Newington Highstreet in 2005. The shop brought unique oriental homeware and vintage furniture to London, mainly from China. Lei's vision is to offer a unique experience on the high street, beyond just consumption of food, drinks, and shopping. Doing, making, creating with others, in community, using creativity and community to heal.

Vidya Narasimhan is a wine consultant and communicator. Vidya’s passion for food and wine appreciation stems from her love for travel and curiosity when she would seek to eat and drink locally on her trips across the globe to understand culture and cuisine. Keen to make wine appreciation and learning an adventure – fun, approachable and accessible – Vidya offers personalised palate preference workshops so clients can understand their palates and wine preferences to better enjoy their glass of wine.
Vidya loves learning about wine and is currently a WSET L4 (Diploma) student. Vidya lends her voice to diversity, equity and inclusion as well as sustainability initiatives in the wine industry. She is an Ambassador for Be Inclusive Hospitality as well as one for the Sustainable Wine Roundtable.

Jojo Kelly started Nomad Chefs after witnessing first-hand how agency-booked private chefs couldn’t deliver dinner guests the experience they deserve. On the Nomad platform, each chef works as a freelancer and gets paid 100% of the cost of the menu. Their chefs are passionate about making each dining experience a unique and memorable experience.
